Napoleon Hill said it best, “Fear is nothing more than a state of mind” , it’s like the fear we have of the PCI compliance questionnaire. We fear it because we do not understand it.

You read the news,  you have seen the scary videos, but what does PCI mean? The questions being asked are basically ‘how you do run your business’. Of course you treat your customers with respect and you value their confidence in you, your products and your services.

Do you treat your customers credit card information with the same respect and value? Sure you do, you do not throw receipts in the trash, you do not leave personal information laying around so anyone can see it, your employees do not either and you use secure payment systems for your transactions.
